Q:How can I know the concrete price and get the competitive price?
A:Please send email to us and provide more detail and specifications of products you want as possible. Such as, the size, material, layer, package, weight, color, etc. The more detail information, the more accurate we can quote you the price.

Q:What can I do if I can't provide such detail specifications?
A:Please tell us the information you known and your requirement. We will introduce some products to you base on your experience. If you have any idea, please try to let us know or send the photo to us.

Q:Can I get samples? Are the samples and freight free?
A:We can send the sample for your reference. By our company policy, the free sample we will provide, but the sample freight should be paid by customer. It's helpful to show the sincerity each other in the first cooperation.

Q:Can we use our own company name,size,design or packaging?
A:Sure.We support OEM service.Any size ,design,packaging and other details can be customized.

Q:How about the delivery time for the formal order?
A:The usually delivery time is 15-30 days after received the deposit.
